ESSENTIALS

The foot pedals setting screen lets you do all sorts of bangin' stuff from the Foot Pedal Setup Screen except, y'know, without actually lookin' at it. Wild, right? Here's what you can mess with:

Moves & Grooves

Pick actions for each pedal & pretend you're a real musician. Just remember: dual-switch pedals? That's pedals 1 & 3, bestie.

Scroll Shenanigans

When you're pressin' that scroll down or up action, OnSong's gonna handle it in like a bazillion ways:

• Scroll Page yeets the screen down by some percent of the height. Default's 75% (because we're generous), & you can tweak it with that lil' slider below. Standard.
• Jump to Section ziplines through your song's sections like you actually know where you're goin'. Selects it, shows it, the whole shebang.
• Jump to Page is for when you're flexin' with PDFs or chord charts that have pages (fancy). Bounces to the top of each page like a lil' digital bunny.
• Jump to Song skips the scrollin' nonsense & just hops back & forth through your set instead.

Half Page Scrollin' (A.K.A. "Landscape Mode is Mean")

If you got Jump to Page vibes goin' & your device is sideways, half page scrollin' saves the day:

• Automatic uses half page mode when the page is taller than your screen. Smart. Default.
• Off nope, no half page. Ever.
• On always half page, baby.

Disable Section Navigation

When lyrics projection is cranked up with your foot pedals, OnSong gets all bossy & forces Jump To Section mode so you can control the words. Hate that? Toggle this off.

Disable Set Navigation

Normally, when you hit the top or bottom of your chart, scroll up/down pedals will yeet you to the previous or next song. Annoyin'? Turn this on & you gotta use your lil' human fingers to swipe instead. Deal with it.

Scroll Amount

When you're doin' Scroll Page stuff, OnSong scrolls by whatever percent you want (25%–100%). We ship it at 75% so there's some overlap & you don't lose your place like a total goofball.

Scroll Speed

Animation keeps things smooth & dreamy. Crank it from zero (zippy) to three seconds (yawn). Default is 0.3 seconds, which is chef's kiss.

Forward Pedal Trigger

Your down pedal can have a secret first move before it goes all scroll-y. Multi-tasking! Options:

• None just scrolls down immediately. Default.
• Audio starts the track playin'. Drama!
• Autoscroll kicks off autoscrollin' the chart. Stack it with audio if you're feelin' spicy.
• Metronome toggles the metronome. Click click click.

Start Set Trigger

When you pedal back to the tippy-top of your set, you can trigger stuff:

• None does nothin'. Default.
• Show Songs List pops open the menu to pick a different song or list. Useful!
• Previous Set loads the set before this one from your list. Rewind!

Finish Set Trigger

When you pedal to the very last song & press down again, you can go:

• None nuthin' happens. Default.
• Show Songs List opens the song picker. Pick somethin' new!
• Next Set loads the set after this one. Fast forward!

Pedal Setup

The Foot Pedal Setup Screen shows you a fancy picture of your pedal. But this screen? You can set up whatever pedals you want here, no pics required.

Show Icon in Menubar

Wanna see the Foot Pedal Setup icon in the Menubar? Toggle this. Default's on, but you can yeet it if you want. Saves space!
