Do Stuff Hamburger
The Clicky-Clacky Menu lets ya pick somethin' to happen when ya smash a foot pedal or tap like you're textin' your ex.
Nope
Set it to Nope & literally nothin' happens. Congrats, you pressed somethin' for zero results. Very productive.

Bendy Knob Stuff
These are the actions that freak out when you twist a MIDI knob or stomp on an expression pedal like it owes you money. It uses control change nonsense or note velocity as input. Numbers might show up on screen but nothin' actually happens 'til you chill out & stop messin' with the knob for a sec.
- Adjust Autoscroll keeps tweakin' how fast the song scrolls, anywhere from 0 to 15 minutes. (Yeah, we made autoscroll that customizable. You're welcome.)
- Adjust Brightness continuously cranks or dims the screen from 0 to 100 percent. (So you can see your lyrics in a cave or during a nuclear explosion.)
- Adjust Capo keeps adjustin' the capo from 0 to 11 frets. (For when you can't decide which key your song is in.)
- Adjust Key keeps changin' the key using whatever bonkers values live in the transpose slider in the Styles Preferences Menu.
- Adjust Master Dimmer continuously cranks the master dimmer for all your fancy lights in Scenes. (Make it moody, make it bright, we don't judge.)
- Adjust Scroll Position keeps slidin' the page from top to bottom. (Basically, you're a human scroll bar now.)
- Adjust Section keeps jumpin' between sections in your song. (Top section to bottom section, over & over.)
- Adjust Song In Set continuously spins through songs in your current set. (Like shufflin' a deck of cards, but sadder.)
- Adjust Tempo keeps changin' the BPM between whatever min & max you set. (Spoiler: you'll probably mess this up live.)
- Adjust Velocity continuously adjusts how hard OnSong plays MIDI notes. (Angrier notes, softer notes, whatever.)
- Adjust Volume keeps twistin' the device volume from 0 to 100%. (Loud, quiet, loud, quiet... you get the idea.)

One-Time Zaps
These actions fire once when you tap or stomp. Simple stuff:
- Capo Up bumps the capo up one fret. (For when the original key was written by a sadist.)
- Capo Down drops the capo down one fret. (The opposite of sadism.)
- Scroll Up scrolls the song up. Stomp at the top & it goes to the previous song in your set. (Convenient or confusing, depending on your brain.)
- Scroll Down scrolls the song down. Stomp at the bottom & it jumps to the next song. (Same deal, opposite direction.)
- Next Song hops to the next song in the set. (Shocking, we know.)
- Previous Song goes back to the song you were just on. (Unless you forgot what it was. Then you're stuck.)
- Random Song loads a random tune from your book or set. (Great for panic practice or when you're feelin' spicy.)
- Reset Song yanks the current song back to the top & optionally nukes all your toggles like autoscroll, backing tracks, metronome & section assignments. Customize this nonsense in Settings » Navigation Settings » Actions » Reset Song.
- Next Slide moves to the next slide when you're projectin' lyrics. (For when you're actually lookin' at the words.)
- Previous Slide goes back one slide when projectin' lyrics. (Oops, did it again.)
- Next Timeline Event zooms to the next event in your Timeline. (Time travel, but for your setlist.)
- Previous Timeline Event bounces back to the previous event in your Timeline. (The OTHER kind of time travel.)
- Show/Hide Menubar toggles the top menu on & off. (Full screen mode for when you wanna feel like a concert pianist.)
- Show Quick Pick pops up the Quick Pick screen so you can frantically search for a song. (Better than diggin' through your whole library like a caveman.)
- Show Songs List shows & hides the song menu. (Hide it if you're feeling rebellious.)
- Scroll Faster cuts 30 seconds off the song duration, which makes autoscroll zoom. (Mathematical!)
- Scroll Slower adds 30 seconds to the duration, slowin' down autoscroll. (For when fast is too fast.)
- Start Audio plays the backing track for the current song. (Pray you assigned one.)
- Start Autoscroll makes the song scroll all by itself. (It's like havin' a page turner, but without the union wages.)
- Start Metronome boots up the click track at whatever tempo you set. (Beep beep beep beep...)
- Stop Audio kills the backing track if it's playin'. (Silence is golden.)
- Stop Autoscroll pauses the scrollin', whether it's linear or wonky timeline stuff. (Puts it on pause, like your life.)
- Stop Metronome shuts off the clicky thing. (Blessed silence.)
- Toggle Audio plays, pauses, or stops the backing track. (Same button does it all. Lazy genius.)
- Toggle Autoscroll starts or pauses the scrollin'. (On off on off on off...)
- Toggle Capo turns the capo on or off. (For when you change your mind every 5 seconds.)
- Toggle Low Light Mode switches to dark mode with white text. (For when you're performin' in a cave or don't have eyes.)
- Toggle Metronome turns the beep on & off. (Clicky clicky or blessed silence.)
- Toggle MIDI Clock starts or stops sendin' MIDI clock events to sync your gear. (For when you need your toys to play nice together.)
- Toggle MIDI Start/Stop sends the MIDI start or stop command. (Bossin' around your synths.)
- Toggle Transpose turns the transposer on & off. (For when you wanna hear the original key.)
- Mute Metronome silences the metronome but keeps it tickin' & optionally blinks the menubar. (Great for practice to see if you can keep time without the safety net. Spoiler: you can't.)
- Tap For Tempo lets you change tempo by tappin'. (Don't use this on clunky pedals like the AirTurn BT-105—they're too forgivin' of accidental foot taps.)
- Tempo Up increases BPM by 1. (Tiny increments for tiny hands.)
- Tempo Down decreases BPM by 1. (Going the other direction, slowly.)
- Transpose Up shifts the song up one half step with fancy enharmonic stuff. (Sharps & flats, oh my!)
- Transpose Down shifts the song down one half step, enharmonic style. (Same fancy stuff, opposite direction.)
- Volume Up cranks the master volume by one sixteenth. (Weird math, but okay.)
- Volume Down drops the master volume by one sixteenth. (The opposite of crankin'.)
- Blackout Lyrics hides all the lyrics & kills the background when projectin'. (Total darkness. Very dramatic.)
- Clear Lyrics shows or hides lyrics during projection while keepin' the background image or video. (It's there, just the lyrics bounce.)
- Continue Scene keeps a scene goin' if you hit a step with infinite duration. (For advanced peeps who like chaos.)
- Play Scene restarts the scene you loaded. (Rewind & play again.)
- Stop Scene kills the scene playback. (No more scenes for you.)
- Toggle Scene Playback starts & stops the current scene. (It's like pause, but fancier.)
- Playback Pitch plays the pitch for a cappella groups. (So everyone knows what note to start on. You're welcome.)
- Shift Up moves to the next gear in your configured gears. (Vroom vroom, one gear up.)
- Shift Down moves to the previous gear. (Downshifting like you're drivin' a car.)
- Unshift goes back to gear #1. (Reset to the beginning.)
- Send Message lets ya pick a message to blast to connected devices. (Yell at your hardware.)
- Send MIDI when you own the MIDI in-app purchase, this shoots out a MIDI command. (For the fancy folks.)
- Switch Scene maps a scene to an action. (Blackout all lights or blind your audience with house lights up.)
- Switch Section links an action to a named section like "Verse 1" or "Chorus". (Jump straight there without scrollin'.)
- Switch Song jumps to a specific song in your library. (For when you need to skip ahead without anyone noticin'.)
